Everything we route

16 kinds of post-frame work across Erie County, PA.

Post-frame covers a lot of ground — a 24x24 garage behind a house in Millcreek and a 60x120 machine shed on a Waterford dairy are the same construction method and almost nothing else in common.

The one distinction worth understanding before you ring anybody is the permitting. A building used solely for agriculture is exempt from most of Pennsylvania's Uniform Construction Code, which is why a farm building of a given size often costs less and moves faster than a commercial one. Put living space in it, or run a business out of it, and the exemption is gone: you are into engineer-sealed drawings, full UCC review, and a timeline set by your municipality. Builders who work farms and builders who deliver sealed commercial plans are not always the same builders, which is most of what we are sorting for when a request comes in.

Pick the line that sounds like your project, or just describe what you want built — working out which category it falls into is our job, not yours.
